With proper advance planning, there can be a positive side to a crisis. The Chinese have embraced this concept for centuries. Their symbol for "crisis" - called Reiji - is actually a combination of two words, "danger" and "opportunity."

In our Crisis Communications course our fundamental position is to be preemptive, to recognize the potential issue BEFORE it becomes a crisis. We identify who is going to be affected by the issue; craft the right messages and train the appropriate spokesperson to deliver these messages in a believable, credible manner.

This is a dynamic, intensive seminar that has all participants involved in the program - they will work in teams and as individuals. Seminars are designed in one or two day modules.
